✅MEB SEASON Timeline Release:
The Founder or Event Realm will release the MEB SEASON timeline twice a year.

Houses are not allowed to organize MEB events outside the designated MEB SEASON time frame.

All Houses are required to set up their own MEB event within the MEB SEASON.

A House can collaborate with a maximum of one other House during the MEB SEASON.

MEB event proposals must be submitted at least one month before the target event date to allow for proper planning and coordination.

✅Event Scheduling:
Only one MEB event is allowed per date to prevent conflicts of interest and divided attention among participants.

House Organizers have the option to choose between a Private Event (exclusive for House members only, no guests allowed from other Houses) or an Open Event (open to CHAOS members and invited guests).

✅Financial Obligations:
House Organizers are required to remit the following to CHAOS FINANCE REALM:
👉a) CHAOS FUND - 15% of contributions multiplied by the number of attendees of the Host House.
👉b) All remaining funds that will fall under the House Fund.
