✅First Level: Hunting New Possible Members
Chaos Central HUB: This is a centralized recruitment platform for CHAOS, where all houses engage with newly added members and encourage them to join their house by highlighting the organization's culture and values.
Direct Recruitment: This involves posting house ads and banners on all CHAOS social media platforms and other relevant groups, inviting potential members to join their house.
✅Second Level: Filling out the Form
New recruits are required to complete a form, providing the following details:
👉Preferred House
👉Age (Note: Minimum age requirement is 18 years)
👉Birthday (excluding the year)
👉Location
👉Attach a screenshot of their Facebook profile and one selfie.
Note: For recruits in provincial areas, they should be directly added to Demeter GC. For those in farther locations, their commitment to attend events should be confirmed.
✅Third Level: Online Validation
Online Validation is the process of verifying recruit data by searching for the name of the newly recruited member in the recruitment database.
✅Fourth Level: Validation and Approval
The Recruitment Realm Head is responsible for validating all details before granting approval.
👉If the Recruitment Realm Head finds that the new recruit has no record in CHAOS GROUP, the request is approved.
👉If the new recruit has an active sanction, the Realm Head has the authority to disapprove the request.
👉In cases where the new recruit has an expired sanction, the Realm Head should endorse the member for RTC (Refer to the RTC process for guidance).
This comprehensive recruitment process ensures that new members align with CHAOS GROUP's culture and values while maintaining transparency and accountability through the validation and approval stages.
