Please follow this process when demoting house admins:
1. Talk to the admin to understand the reason of his inactivity and if he is still willing to continue with the role. This will serve as a First Warning.
2. If during your initial approach, the admin is already willing to step down, acknowledge his advice and issue Notice of Demotion.
3. If admin fails to perform his functions notwithstanding the First Warning, you may already issue Notice of Demotion.
4. For admins who are proven guilty of commiting unpardonable violations during the Grand Tribunal, he will be automatically demoted. The demotion advice will be included in the Notice of Decision. Hence, there is no need to issue a separate Notice of Demotion.
5. Unauthorized Exit implies resignation, thereby they are automatically demoted. In such case, there is no need to issue Notice of Demotion. However, Group House Head/House Head needs to sign-off the admin and inform the Realm Protector to officially declare the position vacant.
6. All issuances of Notice of Demotion must be documented. A screenshot as proof that the notice was sent to the admin must be forwarded in the Realm Protector’s GC before filing demotion via Legal’s Web Form.
7. Demotion involving Deities, Archons and Group House Heads requires approvals of Co-founder and Founder.
8. Position will only be declared vacant once the request of demotion is approved in the Legal Webform.
