Guidelines for Posting Non-CHAOS Events

.Approval Required: Members must seek prior approval from the House Head before posting any non-CHAOS event.

.Review by House Head: The House Head will review the details of the event, including the poster and banner.

.Check for Date Conflicts: Verify if the proposed event date conflicts with any scheduled CHAOS event date.

.Decline for Conflicts: If the event date does conflict with a CHAOS event, it must be declined.

.Approval for Non-Impacted Dates: If the proposed event date does not impact a CHAOS event, it can be approved.

.No Driving of Attendees: Organizers are not allowed to drive attendees, collect payment or forced to attend of non-CHAOS events.

.Exclusive Posting: Only members from the respective house can post the event's poster and banner.

.Consequences for Violation: Violation of these guidelines may result in accusations of organizational sabotage, which falls under a Zero Tolerance Policy and may lead to termination.

Note: Always prioritize CHAOS activities and events over non-CHAOS events.
